1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Place liners into a muffin tin or grease a muffin pan and set aside. 2. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix until all ingredients are combined. Divide muffin batter among cups. 3. For the streusel topping, mix butter, Quaker Protein Instant Oatmeal, and crushed walnuts. Evenly distribute the streusel topping on top of the muffin batter. 4. Bake for about 16 minutes and enjoy!
