I wanted to make a Peach Pudding, just like a classic banana pudding, but with sweet, juicy peaches. So, I went to the Farmers Market, excited to grab some fresh peaches for this recipe, but I didn’t find any! But then I remembered that I had several cans of California Cling Peaches in my pantry, and happily headed home to make my special dessert! And let me tell you…It turned out SO good!
