What you need

cup whipped cream

oz sweetened condensed milk

in graham cracker crust
tsp lemon extract
lemon zest

cup fresh lemon juice

oz cream cheese

0 Place the cream cheese into a mixing bowl and use an electric mixer to blend until smooth and creamy. Add the sweetened condensed milk, lemon extract, and lemon juice. Blend again until the mixture is fully incorporated and completely smooth. 1 Pour the lemon filling into the pre-made graham cracker crust and smooth the top. 2 Add spoonfuls of whipped cream and strawberry pie filling over the top. Use a knife or spoon to gently swirl them together to create a beautiful, marbled effect. 3 Place the pie in the refrigerator and chill for at least 2 hours, or until set. 4 Before serving, garnish with additional lemon zest for a bright, fresh finish.
