An easy and flavorful appetizer featuring Savory Baked Brie with Roasted Tomatoes. Yum Yums™ Cherry Tomatoes are roasted with olive oil, fresh herbs, and garlic until they burst, then spooned over warm, gooey brie. Perfect for gatherings and served with toasted bread.

Instructions

ASSEMBLE | Place tomatoes in a small oven-safe skillet or small baking dish. Drizzle olive oil over top. Add in garlic, herbs, and seasonings. Combine well. 

ROAST | Transfer skillet to 375°F oven. Roast for about 45-50 minutes, until tomatoes are burst & aromatics are fragrant. Remove from the oven. 

BRIE | Place the wheel of cheese in a small baking dish. Transfer to 375°F oven, and bake for 10-15 minutes, until warmed through.

SERVE | Spoon the tomato mixture over the warm, softened cheese. Serve immediately with toasted bread. Enjoy!
