tbsp orange zest

cup black cherries

fl oz egg yolk

Instructions
Heat oven to 375-degrees F. Line baking sheet with baking parchment. Place dough the baking sheet and set aside. In a bowl, combine cherries, flour, and the orange zest. Fold in the chocolate chips. Place filling onto center of dough, leaving a 2-inch border around the edge. Gently fold the sides up, creasing the dough together with your fingers as you go. Brush dough with egg wash.
