My kids and I have been spending a lot of time in the kitchen lately. We’ve been thinking of a few new recipes to try and decided to make these delicious Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie Bars! Since we LOVE chocolate chip cookies, this was the perfect treat! These bars were super easy to make, and were made with a few simple ingredients including King Arthur Unbleached All-Purpose Flour, which is a favorite brand of AP flour.

Instructions

1. Pre-heat oven to 375° F. Grease a baking sheet and set aside.
2. In a large bowl, beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, vanilla extract and eggs. Gradually add in the flour, baking soda and salt. Stir in the chocolate morsels and spread into the prepared pan.
3. Bake for about 20 to 25 minutes, or until golden brown. Cool in pan on wire rack and cut into bars.
