Orange Pomegranate Mocktail with Rosemary-Infused Honey

For Rosemary-Infused Honey:

1. Bring honey, water, and rosemary to a simmer in a small saucepan. Cook for 5 minutes. Remove from heat, and let steep until cool. Remove rosemary sprigs, or leave in for a stronger flavor.

For Mocktail:

1. In a shaker, combine the orange juice, pomegranate juice, and 1 tablespoon of the rosemary-infused honey. Shake well to mix.
2. Fill a glass with ice cubes and pour the juice mixture over the ice.
3. Top with sparkling water or club soda and stir gently.
4. Garnish with a sprig of fresh rosemary and a few pomegranate arils.
5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
