Since this Pistachio Cranberry Cream Cheese Crostini appetizer was such a big hit last year, I plan to serve it again this year! This appetizer was super easy to make! Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place baguette slices on top.
2. Brush the baguette slices with olive oil and bake for about 10 to 12 minutes or until lightly browned.
3. Top each toasted baguette slice with about 1 tablespoon of cheese cream. Add 2 cranberries to each baguette and top with pistachios. Lightly sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste, and Enjoy!
