Sparkling Honey Lemon Basil Mocktail

1. In the bottom of a glass, combine the honey, lemon juice, and basil leaves. Use a muddler or the back of a spoon to gently crush the basil, releasing its aroma and oils.
2. Fill the glass with ice cubes.
3. Slowly pour the sparkling water or club soda into the glass, stirring gently to combine the flavors.
4. Garnish with a lemon slice and a sprig of fresh basil.
5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
