cup cooking oil

cup sugar
tsp baking powder

tsp vanilla extract

tbsp butter
tbsp walnut halves
egg

cup all purpose flour

cup milk

instant oatmeal

tbsp oatmeal
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Place liners into a muffin tin or grease a muffin pan and set aside. 2. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix until all ingredients are combined. Divide muffin batter among cups. 3. For the streusel topping, mix butter, Quaker Protein Instant Oatmeal, and crushed walnuts. Evenly distribute the streusel topping on top of the muffin batter. 4.
