green bell pepper

vidalia onion
tbsp fresh parsley

orange bell pepper

tbsp fresh rosemary

yellow bell pepper

red bell pepper

lb strip steak
tsp salt & pepper
Instructions
1. Heat grill to medium high heat. 2. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, rosemary, and parsley. Set aside. 3. Thread the beef, peppers and onions onto skewers. Brush the meat and vegetables with the olive oil and herb mixture, and season generously with salt and pepper. 4.
